  • About the Trip

    The Global Round is scheduled from January 5 to 10, 2025, and hotel bookings have been arranged for these dates. Airport transfers will be available every 2 hours on January 5th, from 10 AM to 8 PM. Hotel check-in will be available starting at 3 PM on January 5th. On January 10th, participants will be transported to the airport following the Awards Ceremony at 2 PM. If you don’t know your exact arrival and departure dates yet, feel free to enter any date and time for now, or leave the fields empty. You can always log in later and update your details. Please plan your arrival and departure accordingly, and we look forward to welcoming you to this exciting event
  • If you plan to arrive before January 5 or depart after January 10, you have the option to book additional accommodation at a rate of $200.00 per room, per night, subject to availability. For transportation needs outside the designated airport transfer schedule on January 5 and January 10, we recommend arranging any suitable transportation service. Please note that all transportation services beyond the scheduled dates are your responsibility
