  • About the Trip

    The Global Rounds are scheduled for April 9-14, 2025, and July 26-31, 2025, with accommodations arranged for these dates. Airport transfers will be available every 2 hours on April 9 and July 26. On April 14, 2025, and July 31, 2025, participants will be transported to the airport following the Awards Ceremony, which will conclude at 2:00 PM. If you are unsure of your exact arrival and departure times, feel free to enter any date and time for now, or leave the fields empty. You can always log in later to update your details. Please plan your arrival and departure accordingly, and we look forward to welcoming you to this exciting event!
  • If you plan to arrive before the event starts, you have the option to book additional accommodation at a rate of $200.00 per room, per night, subject to availability. For transportation needs outside the designated airport transfer schedule, we recommend arranging a suitable transportation service. Please note that any transportation services required beyond the scheduled dates will be your responsibility.
